good base for 1 night with very very nice staff with excellent service and warm service from the hotel manager. location: great, not far from the mountains as well as delicious local restaurant. also, easy to get to bonzanigo.

The location was beautiful with a bakery and local supermarkets within walking distance. The restaurant offered reasonably priced dinner options, and we enjoyed our savoury dishes.- The place had a quiet atmosphere which we appreciated.

Spotless hotel in a magnificent and perfect location with splendid views of lake and surrounding mountains. Location just off Close to boats / bus / beach / other restaurants and a ferry to cross the lake to Bellagio. Also, in the village as well as a stop for the local road train...

The location was stunning and fantastic, very close to the lake and surrounding villages, several bars to get a drink and delicious local restaurant. The morning meal was adequate and satisfactory with coffee from a machine, fresh watermelon and pineapple.

Can we talk about how cozy the bed is here? Like, seriously, it's amazing. The room is always super clean and they hook you up with everything you need. Plus, the view around here is just beautiful, you'll love it! It's so convenient being able to walk to a bakery and supermarkets right across the street. 🌟

The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming and exceptional, providing excellent service. The venue Manager is warm and friendly. The location is great, very close to downtown Mezzegra, and convenient for accessing boats, buses, the beach. Additionally, it is near Chiesa di San Vincenzo.

The hotel's location on the West river of Como Lake is simply stunning. The rooms are basic but clean, and I especially appreciated the small balcony where I could sit and take in the breathtaking views of the lake. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered good value for money, with affordable prices for both accommodations and drinks.

All was satisfactory during my stay at this hotel.

Breakfast could have had more choice of bread and fresh sweet pastries. With the window open very loud from the street.

The heating didn't work.

We truly enjoyed adequate and good breakfast on quantity, offered by the hotel. The room we booked was new-fashioned and neat with a fridge. The property's location was marvellous and beautiful, just next door to the hill, and Lenno.

The location, set up higher than the road, provides stunning views of the lake. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have balconies with mountain views.

It doesn't have a German TV station. The food for breakfast was unfortunately cold. The location was great.
